For fiscal year ending 2019, the following is the time table for the Application and Quarterly Expenditure Reports (QER):

  • The State Aid Application is due February 28th;
  • 1st QER is due May 31st;
  • 2nd QER is due August 31st;
  • 3rd QER is due November 30th;
  • 4th QER is due March 31st, 2020.
