The Venesky Group institutes precautionary measures for COVID-19
Dear valued client,
As conditions evolve, we are taking precautionary actions to mitigate exposure and reduce the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our consulting team and you our clients. I want to share three words with you: WE ARE READY. We remain committed to continue to provide excellent, timely and reliable service to you, our clients. We will be doing our part to help protect the communities where we are based as well as those to which we serve, without any interruption of service.
Here are some things we would like you to know:
. We are monitoring COVID-19 closely: Also, we are urging our consulting team to follow the recommendations of the CDC and WHO, as well as those of our client Health Departments, to protect themselves and others from the virus.
. We are implementing our plan: We have incorporated additional measures that needed to be put in place which have been designed to limit the spread of the virus. These measures will allow us to safely continue to provide our essential services to you, our clients.
. Accordingly, some service provision protocols need to be modified or changed: Out of the abundance of caution and our commitment to protecting the health and safety of our team and our clients, we will be stopping travel except in those unexpected occurrences or occasions requiring immediate attention created by some unexpected event. We believe adequate technological tools ( phone, email, video conferencing) currently exist and will allow us to continue delivering our services in this difficult and unsettling time. Our team has the capability to work remotely and we will continue to be available to handle all of our clients’ issues and the complex components of current consulting engagements.
As always, we are here to help, and with any quickly evolving situation, stay safe, stay informed, stay vigilant and be prepared. Just as we have done in the past, we will weather this storm and you have my personal commitment that we are ready for whatever COVID-19 brings our way and Venesky & Company will continue to work hard every day to deliver the specialized and personal service which you have counted on for so many years.
