The Division of Finance and Rate setting has released the 2021 Ambulatory Health Care Facility (AHCF) cost reporting software. The software has been posted to the Health Commerce System (HCS) for download.
For the 2021 AHCF cost report, there are 2 parts to the software. (1) the Report Manager and (2) the zip file with the AHCF cost report. It is imperative that you install the Report Manager first and then upload the downloaded AHCF cost report to the Report Manager. If the previous year software was installed to complete the 2020 AHCF report, it is not necessary to install the newer version.
Instructions for downloading and installing the new software, as well as uploading the new cost report file, have been posted in the “Documentation” section of the HCS.
Please note that the 2021 AHCF Cost Report filing deadline is Thursday, December 15th, 2022.
