Review / develop any Cooperative Agreements between DSS and any other County Departments for compliance with Fiscal Reference Manual.
Examples of CA may include:
- County Attorney
- Information Technology
- Mental Health
- Public Health
- Security Services
- etc… Operating Department to Operating Department
The Service Package may include:
- Conduct meetings with the appropriate County officials
- Identify and account for all direct expenses (personal services, contractual expenses, and employee benefits)
- Develop a Direct Charge Computer Model with multiple inputs and variables that will annually calculate the billing rate for services
- Standardize the billing process based on the information calculated in the Direct Charge Computer Model
- Create the framework for maintaining the records and documentation needed for the Direct Charge Computer Model
